"Decent Sofa Browsing, Just a Little Slow"
I ended up on thomasville.com one evening while trying to find a new sofa, and at first it was straightforward. I was just clicking around with a cup of coffee, checking out different styles, and the photos definitely helped me get a better feel for what might work in my living room.

After a while though, I started to notice the site dragging a bit. Some pages took longer to load than I expected, and when I tried using the filters, they didn’t always narrow things down in a way that felt super helpful. I found myself opening more pages and backtracking more than I really wanted to.

Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just not as smooth as I hoped. I did find useful information eventually, but it took some patience. If you’re not in a rush, the site works fine for browsing.

"Color was a little off"
Like I said, the color was kinda off from what I expected. Like I said, it’s not a huge deal, but it wasn’t quite the same as the picture

"Return process was a headache"
I bought a chair from thomasville.com and ended up needing to return it. The whole return process felt way more confusing than it should have, and I kept having to email them just to get a clear answer.
It dragged on for way too long, and then they still hit me with fees I didnt expect. it wasnt worth the hassle, and I wont be ordering from them again

"Sizing was not even close"
I ordered this based on the size they listed, but it didn’t fit my space at all. The measurements just felt way off, and now I have to deal with the whole return thing. Frustrating, honestly.

"Looks okay at first, but..."
I wanted to like this dresser, but the corners started chipping quickly. The wood just feels cheap, and the finish is kind of thin and rough to the touch. It looks fine from a distance, I guess, but up close... not great.

Checkout worked okay overall, like i said it did what it needed to do, but it definitely took a minute. Not a huge deal, like i said, just a bit slower than I expected.

"Nice look, but quality could be better"
I bought this a few weeks ago and at first I was happy with how it looked in the room. After using it for a little while, though, I noticed one of the drawers feels a bit loose. It’s not a huge deal and it still works fine, but for the price, I expected it to feel a little sturdier

"Box was a little rough, right?"
The delivery got here on time, which was great, but the box looked kind of beat up when it arrived. It had a few dents and one corner was torn open. Thankfully the item inside was totally fine, but I feel like the packaging could’ve been better, you know?

"I like the classic style overall, but..."
I like the classic style overall, but I was a little annoyed because the wording made it sound more modern than it actually is. Some of the pieces look nice, but a few feel dated in person. It’s not bad, just not quite what I expected from the description.

"Delivery took forever"
I was stuck waiting for weeks with barely any updates. The whole thing felt ridiculous, like these clowns had no idea where my order was or when it would show up

"Refund has been dragging on for weeks"
I returned my order weeks ago and I’m still waiting for the refund to show up. I’ve checked my bank app more times than I want to admit, even looked through the tiny transaction details just in case I missed it, but nothing. Customer service keeps telling me to wait a little longer, which is really frustrating. I shouldn’t have to keep chasing down my own money like this

I was surprised by how expensive the shipping was. It felt unreasonable, and when I tried to look for answers or some kind of help, I just felt ignored. The whole thing left a bad impression.

"Looks Nice, But Assembly Was a Hassle"
I ordered this from thomasville.com, the furniture looks good now that it’s finally put together. That said, the assembly was more frustrating than I expected. Some of the instructions weren’t very clear, and a few of the holes didn’t line up quite right, so it ended up taking a lot longer than I planned. Nothing arrived damaged, and it does feel sturdy once assembled, so I’d say it’s decent value overall. I just think the setup process could definitely be better

The warranty support did help me in the end, so I appreciate that. That said, the process took longer than I expected, and communication could have been a little better. Overall, it was okay, not terrible, just kind of slow

"Pretty decent overall"
The order itself was totally fine. Delivery just took a bit longer than I expected, which was a little annoying. Still, everything showed up okay, so overall not bad.
